All orders are insured and require signature on delivery. Tracking is provided for every shipment. Made-to-order pieces ship within 4–8 weeks of order.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all original packaging, tissue paper, and the artisan card intact.
To initiate a return, email hello@kutchart.in with your order number and reason. We'll respond within one business day with a prepaid return label (India) or return instructions (international).
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order and custom-commissioned pieces
- Items altered after delivery (washed, ironed, or tailored)
- Gift sets that have been opened and used
- Sale items (marked Final Sale at checkout)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. All orders are insured for this purpose.
